"I have only had positive experiences here at the flint dive shop. Huge variety of scuba diving and snorkeling equipment for all ages and levels of divers! They have an open water certification course which is very reasonably priced and they will go in-depth and take you on a new journey you have never seen before and make you feel very comfortable breathing underwater. If anyone thinks a dive shop in Flint would be a dumb idea they are absolutely wrong there are so many things in our local Michigan area to discover underneath the freshwater of the Great Lakes and local lakes. The instructors are awesome and they want to see you succeed I can't wait to see what's underneath the water world!"

Our instructor Kim was very patient with us and was very helpful in our completing the course. When I talk to people about the class people's first response is it's expensive, but truly it isn't. What other business is going to give 18 hours of their time and then another 12 hours in another city to complete the open waters for 500 dollars? 30 hours for 500 dollars including rentals of the equipment we need.
